The Battle for Bed Bath & Beyond is starting to get bloody. The group of outside investors that wants to dump current management and the entire board of directors is putting big-time pressure on the company to make changes. And BBB has responded by making some changes…but not enough for the challengers.
The situation could come to a head at the company’s annual meeting in early summer but in the meantime, the outsiders have issued a scathing slide show outlining their plan for the company should they win. It may or may not be Stupid, but the situation is most certainly Ugly.
