What happens when a new store is a good experience but a bad retailer? With the demise of TreeHouse and the serious contraction at Pirch — two operations hailed as the future of physical store retailing — people need to question exactly what experiential means and how to successfully translate that into a retail business. It ain’t easy…and you can’t be Stupid about it.
