Santa is going to need a bigger virtual sled.
With consumers still spooked about visiting stores, the e-commerce share of the holiday shopping pie is going to be huge. How huge? How about two-thirds of all spending. This is a very big deal. And anybody who doesn’t understand this seismic change in the overall retail business — at least for this year — is just downright Stupid.
