OK, here’s a potentially odd fit: Walmart has begun selling a home furnishings collection, online, branded with The Gap. Whoever would have thought this possible back when Gap was the choice dujour for a certain generation and Walmart was very much on that demographic’s MIA list. My, how things have changed. But is this a good idea…or just another in a very long line of Stupid mash-ups in the home business? I wonder.
